Travel Fees

Travel flat fee will be added to the services at $ 10.00 withing 10 miles radius of my home office (one way), if 10+ miles extra mile will be charge at $ 1.25 per mile.

 

Please note that fees listed above are effective May 1, 2008. After 4:00 PM and on weekends and holidays after-hour fees will apply.

           Payment Methods

We accept cash, visa/mc & electronic check through PayPal. Payments are due at the time the service are provided.


Signing companies must have their payment at the time of signing.

 

SCHEDULE FEE AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tri-County area includes Cecil, Harford and Kent Counties. (Mileage charges apply after the first 10 miles round trip at a rate of $ 1.25 per mile)

Notarization of Mortgage Documents

The following loan document fees include notarization, mobile trip fee, and document presentation. If borrowers are not home, refuse to sign or rescind the loan, my full fee is to be paid.
